Includes:
4 Belmar beach badges (needed for ages 14+), 5 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, bath towels, bed linens, and free Internet access. Families only: 5 adults max. One small dog welcome (Pet fee applies).

Spring:
(April 13-30 ‘25): $130/night
(May ‘25): $225/night (2-week minimum)
Pre-Season:
(June 1-12 ‘25): $2,450/week
Summer:
(June 27-July 1; July 22-Aug 2; Aug 30-Sept 5 ‘25): $4,165/week
Two weeks preferred in summer.
Early Fall:
(Sept 6-20 ‘25): $3,500/week; (Sept 20-Oct 4 ’25): $2,450/week
Winter:
One month minimum in Winter, starting October 4. ($4,350/month)
Addtl Fees: $250 Cleaning, $75/week or $300/month Utilities, $300 Pet
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
