Includes:
4 Belmar beach badges (needed for ages 14+), 5 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, bath towels, bed linens, phone charging station, and free Internet access. Families only: 5 adults max. One small dog welcome (Pet fee applies).

Winter ’26:
(Jan 22-Feb 3 and March 2-April 17) $3,400/month or $1,150/week
Pre-Season:
(June 1-20): $2,200/week
Summer ‘26:
(June 20-27): $4,200/week
(June 27-July 4): $4,500/week
(August 29-October 3): $4,200/week
Two weeks preferred, when available.
Fall ‘26-Winter ‘27:
(October 3-April 30): $4,500/month (10% discount for 28 days or more)
Weekly Holiday Rental: (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) $1,950/week
Addtl Fees: Cleaning: $250, Utilities: $100/week, Pet: $300
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
