Includes:
4 Belmar beach badges (needed for ages 14+), 5 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, bath towels, bed linens, and free Internet access. Families only: 5 adults max. One small dog welcome (Pet fee applies).

Winter: (Nov 6 ‘24-April 30 ‘25): $130/night, 30-night minimum
Pre-Season: (June 1-20 ‘25): $3,450/week
Summer: (June 21-30, July 22-Aug 2, Aug 23-Sept 5 ‘25): $4,150/week
Early Fall: (Sept 6-20 ‘25): $3,500/week; (Sept 20-Oct 3 ’25): $2,450/week
Addtl Fees: $250 Cleaning, $75/week or $300/month Utilities, $300 Pet
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Two weeks preferred in Summer.
One month minimum in Winter.
